4. How We Handle & Store Your Project Media

Because we specialize in video editing, social media partnerships, and web development, you will share media assets (raw video footage, brand logos, images, and graphics) with us.

  • Secure Storage: Once upfront payment is cleared, we set up a dedicated, secure Google Drive folder for your business named "Project - {Your Project Name}".

  • Strict Confidentiality: We promise never to sell, leak, or share your unreleased project files, raw footage, or private brand assets with anyone else without your explicit written permission.
     

5. Who Has Access to Your Data?

Your data and creative project files are strictly kept within a closed loop. Only Ronit Vazir and Farhaan Shaikh have access to your emails, contact information, and Google Drive project folders. We do not hire outside freelancers or share your data with third-party companies. The only other person with access to the project drive is you (via the specific email address you provide to us).
