Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: June 2026

Welcome to Frame Drift Visuals ("we," "our," or "us"), founded and operated by Ronit Vazir and Farhaan Shaikh, both 14-year-old digital creators and entrepreneurs. These Master Terms & Conditions govern all creative services provided by Frame Drift Visuals, including Social Media Partnerships, Website Development, and Video Editing. By clearing your invoice, placing an order, or initiating a project, you ("the Client") agree to follow these business rules.

1. Scope of Services & General Deliverables

Frame Drift Visuals provides premium creative services across three main areas:

  • Social Media Partnerships: Ongoing or single-order content creation (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories, and posts).

  • Website Development: Custom website design, interface layout, and digital brand deployment.

  • Video Editing: Post-production, cutting, sound design, color grading, and final assembly of raw media into high-end cinematic assets.

2. Payment Terms & Work Stoppage

  • 100% Upfront Payment: Frame Drift Visuals operates strictly on a full upfront payment policy. No creative planning, scripting, asset sourcing, filming, or editing will begin until 100% of the payment for the specific order or active monthly cycle has been received and cleared.

  • Immediate Work Stoppage: For recurring partnerships or milestone-based add-ons, any delay in payment will result in all active work being stopped immediately. Frame Drift Visuals is entirely exempt from any responsibility regarding missed client publishing schedules, launch deadlines, or business delays resulting from a non-payment production halt.

3. Specialized Equipment & Third-Party Costs

  • Standard Production: Package pricing covers standard visual production tools and software editing licenses already utilized by us.

  • Specialized Hardware Add-ons: If a project demands specialized or technical hardware to execute the client’s vision (e.g., specialized underwater cameras for swimming/aquatic footage, heavy-duty stabilizers, or advanced lighting rigs), the cost of sourcing or acquiring this equipment will be billed as an extra charge to the Client.

  • Prior Client Approval: We will always present the required hardware needs and costs to the Client first. Production will proceed only after the Client explicitly approves the extra equipment expense.

4. Revisions, Review Timelines, & Asset Ownership

A. The Three-Round Revision Limit

For any individual video edit, social media asset, or custom webpage layout delivered as a draft, the Client is entitled to three (3) rounds of revisions free of charge.

  • Revisions must focus on refining existing elements (e.g., text overlays, pacing tweaks, minor fixes, simple clip swaps).

  • Any revision requests exceeding the third round, or structural shifts that completely change an approved concept, will be billed as an extra service at our standard production rate.

B. Strict 48-Hour Feedback Window

The Client must provide all feedback or revision requests within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving any project draft or website staging link. If no communication is received within this 48-hour window, the asset or web page will automatically be deemed fully approved and finalized by default.

C. Creative Asset & Source File Delivery

  • Video & Social Media Content: Upon final completion, any raw, unedited footage captured specifically for your project will be provided to the Client free of charge upon explicit request.

  • Website Development Assets: Upon final project handover, all original design files and website code deployments will be transferred to the Client free of charge.

  • Portfolio Rights: Frame Drift Visuals retains the permanent right to feature any final edited videos, social clips, screenshots, or screen-recordings of developed websites across our official portfolio, website, and social media channels for self-promotion and marketing.

5. Client Final Approval & Responsibility Waiver

  • The Final Decision Maker: The Client acts as the final and absolute authority for all content and design deployment. Before any post, story, reel, video asset, source code change, or textual update goes live on any public platform, hosting server, or social media channel, it must be thoroughly reviewed and greenlit by the Client.

  • Total Responsibility: Frame Drift Visuals will not be held responsible or accountable for any legal allegations, copyright claims, trademark disputes, financial penalties, platform bans, or public backlash received. Once a visual or technical asset is approved by the Client or pushed live, the Client assumes 100% responsibility for the compliance, messaging, and presence of that content on public platforms.

6. Contract Validity, Renewals, & Cancellations

A. The 365-Day Validity Limit

All social media partnerships, monthly retainers, website maintenance cycles, and locked-in package rates are valid for a maximum duration of 365 days (1 year) from the date of the initial invoice payment.

  • Partnerships and service rates do not roll over indefinitely under identical legacy terms.

  • Upon reaching the 365th day, the existing agreement ends, and a new order renewal reflecting updated service definitions, current pricing, and project scopes must be completed to extend our services.

B. Two-Day Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate an ongoing multi-month partnership, web maintenance plan, or multi-part project cycle by providing a strict two (2) days' written notice.

  • Due to our upfront billing system, any fees paid for billing blocks already entered, production windows already deployed, or development phases already initiated are strictly non-refundable.
